Not Exactly "Effortless"
A short explanation of today's sudden, rapid-fire posting.

So, as it happens, your friend and mine, Trevor Turk, whose latest joint, ReelRoulette (a self-promotion tool for motion graphics professionals) just went live, is changing the format of his trade/professional site, AlmostEffortless.com.
As I recall it, the big idea a couple of years back was to have AE.com become a sort of "collaborative" or "collective" blog where a bunch of different web2.0 types, including Yours Truly, would post random blog posts about our professional pursuits and interests. What I ended up contributing were mostly "how to" pieces for with a Linux and sysadmin focus. And, in my opinion, they sat nicely with Trevor's contributions, which were similarly didactic, but with a focus on rails and application development shortcuts.
But part of the site's impending format change means that Trevor is going to be the only author on the site. And this is why I posted 12+ new technical posts today: I migrated my best/most useful material over here in order to a.) archive it and b.) help Trevor with his format update.
So, enjoy them now that they're here. And holler at me if I botched anything (format or syntax-wise) during the migration from WordPress to django.
