This impression is still a stub.
What that means, is that it I have not decided that it is ready for publication.
It will not have been added to the RSS feed and is, for all intents and purposes, a placeholder.
I have added this feature to the Media Consumption journal in order to give
myself the option to create an entry for a given media product without having to actually
write anything about it. The absense of this functionality meant that a lot of things
either fell through the proverbial cracks (and were never logged) or that impressions
got rushed to "press".
Think of stub impressions as a kind of control on quality.
